The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply to the rental of any Product

RENTAL FEE. The rental fee for the Product will be the total of the rental fee listed on the K&K Instaparty website. When you place your rental order for a Product, you hereby authorize K&K Instaparty., LLC to charge your payment card for the deposit. K&K Instaparty., LLC will charge your payment card the amount of the deposit immediately upon your order. A reservation of a Product on the Site is an order for the rental of that Product, regardless of how far in advance that Product is reserved. In addition, at the time of your rental order for a Product, you hereby authorize K&K Instaparty., LLC to place a hold on your payment card; provided that K&K Instaparty., LLC will only charge your payment card in the case of any loss or damages. We will inspect the returned items within 48 hours of pick up to confirm all items are accounted for and undamaged. Repair/replacement fees for lost and or damaged items must be paid upon receipt of an invoice. Any items considered un-rentable by K&K Instaparty,.LLC standards will be charged at full replacement value.The customer is responsible for the goods from the time of pick-up until the items are returned to K&K Instaparty,. LLC

CANCELLATION POLICY. You may cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies: 

You can cancel up to 7 days before your event to receive a full refund. A deposit of half the payment is required at the time of ordering.  If you cancel less than 7 days in advance of the delivery date, you will not receive any refund.

DELIVERY POLICY.

K&K Instaparty., LLC will deliver within 20 miles of Carol Stream zipcode 60188 to requested address. An additional fee outside of the radius will be charged upon delivery.

USE OF THE PRODUCTS. The Client assumes responsibility for all items rented from K&K Instaparty., LLC from the time of delivery to the time the items are picked up. You agree to treat the products with great care. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the Products due to theft, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear encompasses minor stains, rips, missing beads, or other minor damage. If you return a product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you agree that your credit card on file will be charged for the price for repairing or replacing the Product, as determined by our discretion, up to the Retail Value for the Product.

RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS. You agree to repackage the products to K&K Instaparty., LLC in the original totes by scheduled pickup time. You are responsible for counting and inspecting the items being returned using the checklist binder. Failure to do so will result in charges deemed by K&K Instaparty., LLC Client agrees to pay replacement costs for any missing or damaged items. If items are found missing or damaged within 48 hours of return, a detailed invoice of the charges will be provided to you.
